Continuing education has always been a priority to The Witt Team, as this allows them to stay on the cutting edge of new technologies, to be kept informed of changes in real estate laws, and to be open to innovative marketing ideas.

In addition to extensive training by nationally recognized real estate educators, The Witt Team consists of one Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) designee, two Graduate—Realtor Institute (GRI®) designees, three Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designees, and two Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designees.  With networking resources for these designations, they are able to refer their relocating clients to agents possessing the same level of expertise.  Over the past 22 years, The Witt Team has sold $279,500,000 in real estate, moving nearly 1800 families.

One person alone cannot effectively do everything in real estate that needs to occur simultaneously.  The Witt Team consists entirely of licensed agents who concentrate on their areas of specialty, whether negotiating contracts, preparing marketing materials for listings, following up on leads, processing listing and contract paperwork, managing transaction details, or showing properties.
