Continuing education has always been a priority to The Witt Team, as this allows them to stay on the cutting edge of new technologies, to be kept informed of changes in real estate laws, and to be open to innovative marketing ideas.
In addition to extensive training by nationally recognized real estate educators, The Witt Team consists of one Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) designee, two Graduate—Realtor Institute (GRI®) designees and two Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designees. With networking resources for the CRS®, GRI® and ABR® designees, they are able to refer their relocating clients to agents possessing the same level of expertise. Over the past 22 years, The Witt Team has sold $279,500,000 in real estate, moving nearly 1800 families.
One person alone cannot effectively do everything in real estate that needs to occur simultaneously. The Witt Team consists entirely of licensed agents who concentrate on their areas of specialty, whether negotiating contracts, preparing marketing materials for listings, following up on leads, processing listing and contract paperwork, managing transaction details, or showing properties.
The Witt Team office is staffed throughout the day so that leads are not missed and agents are available to show homes and properties at times that are convenient to buyers.
