In addition to extensive training by nationally recognized real estate educators, The Witt Team consists of one Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) designee, one Graduate—Realtor Institute (GRI®) designees, and two Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designees.  With networking resources for these designations, they are able to refer their relocating clients to agents possessing the same levels of expertise.  Over the past 22 years, The Witt Team has sold $279,500,000 in real estate, moving nearly 1800 families.

One person alone cannot effectively do everything in real estate that needs to occur simultaneously.  The Witt Team consists entirely of licensed agents who concentrate on their areas of specialty, whether negotiating contracts, preparing marketing materials for listings, following up on leads, processing listing and contract paperwork, managing transaction details, or showing properties.
